IN ENGLISH & IN FRENCH

MJM (Mussar & Jewish Meditation) is a Jewish Meditation program based on a powerful indigenous Jewish Meditation technique: Hashkata.

This deep spiritual discipline can help us reconnect to our spiritual nature and live in greater harmony with ourselves and others.

In addition to practicing Hashkata, each Sunday in our Plenary Session, we reflect on a teaching from a Mussar (Ethical discipline) text.

TORAH INSIGHTS

Torah learning is much more than an intellectual endeavor or a religious one. It is an Art of Life.

The goal of our class is to integrate Torah wisdom into everyday life.

Torah Insights is a Torah study class in which we study the commentary of the weekly Parasha by the Sfat Emet (lit "the Language of Truth"), Reb Yehuda Aryeh Leib Alter mi Gur.
